Please contact Sinead direction via email at [email protected] if your location is further than 15km radius.Holistic Reflexology is an incredibly powerful touch therapy, administered usually on the feet but can also be practised on the hands, face or ears.The Reiki Sinead practices as part of this treatment is Usui Reiki and is therefore hands on.This treatment is ideal for you, if you feel out of sync between body & mind. It is about relaxation, revouoeration and resetting. If you want a deeper emotional connection within and you're longing to feel re-energised, this is the perfect treatment option.You will finish your session feeling seen and cared for.You will feel calmer, lighter and more connected to your body.Reflexology & Reiki together is a whole body reset.This therapy is for clients aged 16yrs and above. You may book multiple sessions at the same time from this calendar link, ensuring you have your very own specific time each week or fortnight. These sessions are fully personalized and guided by what your system needs in the moment. I integrade hands-on bodywork, energy healing, and intuitive guidance into a single, fluid experience.
